Amberleigh Aller

Amberleigh Aller has been hailed as a vocalist of,"Sensitivity and fluency with a radiant voice," by William Furtwangler of the Charleston, South Carolina Post and Courier. Ms. Aller was chosen by the Chicago composer, Robert Kritz, to perform his song cycle with the Charleston Symphony at the Piccolo Spoleto Festival. Roles she has performed with companies throughout the NYC and Chicago Land area include Susanna, Despina, Oscar, Olympia, Marzelline, Adele and Pamina. Most recently she has peformed the role of Celie in Pasatieri's "Signor Deluso" with Opera Company of Brooklyn. She covered both soprano roles in that opera for a recording conducted by Jay Meetze and produced by Albany Records. Amberleigh also has the distinction of being chosen by Philip Glass to premier the role of Murti in "Marriages Between Zones Three, Four, and Five." Also in 2002 she was heard on the Chicago radio station, WMFT, in recital with the Chamber Group, Musicalia.
